The food was good as well as the service. Several different types of beer, wine. Our server was friendly and stayed connected with us. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and decent food too. Some of the appetizers were way over salted tho, but overall was enjoyable! It’s fun to try the gator bites.

The grouper sandwich was amazing! I got mine Cajun style, and my daughter got the traditional fried grouper. The small (4oz) was still a huge sandwich and well worth the money. The waitress said they bring all their fish straight from the boat dock, so everything is super fresh.

Sweet tea alone was worth coming here for! The SheCrab soup was amazing as were the hush puppies with jalapeños. Service was on point, no long wait and fun atmosphere. Will definitely be back again!

New to the Tampa area and was looking for a good place in Clearwater Beach. This is the second place I tried and I might just have to stop my exploration here for awhile because it was so good. First time here I had the alligator bites and they were PERFECT. Drink was great too. The next week I got the ahi tuna nachos which were a very creative dish with perfectly balanced ingredients. The menu in general is just so interesting that I feel like it was hard to choose between all the cool looking dishes they had, and with the quality of those I’ve already tried it just seems like I’m gonna be back over and over again to try more. Service was great with very friendly bartenders who were extra accommodating. And the ambiance is a great casual beach vibe, maintaining a cool atmosphere without sacrificing quality. And the place is full of local regulars and even vacationing regulars who said they go here every time they visit FL, which says A LOT. While I like to explore various restaurants and will probably check out some others in Clearwater Beach in the future, this one has already stolen the show and will be my go to from here on out. Keep up the amazing work!

The server Kellie k is the nicest and sweetest server she gave us drinks on the house she also gave us a warm welcoming that’s why I love Frenchys saltwater cafe. The food was impeccable! I very much recommend the pretzel appetizer and the snapper sandwich (Cajun is the best way) overall this place was amazing and definitely stopping by on my next trip!

Got the fried shrimp basket and a pineapple martini. It was all perfection. Fast, friendly service. I’m a picky eater. Most places don’t do fried shrimp that well. Frenchy’s does it perfectly! Highly recommend

Went to saltwater cafe with my friend visiting me here from out of town. I frequent the Dunedin location, so this was my first time at the one on Clearwater Beach. My friend and I started with cocktails which were amazing. I believe she got the mango and I got the colada. For starters we had the tuna nachos and the garlic crab fries. Very large portions! We both took those home. For our entrees, she had medium seasonal stone crab claws, and I had the seafood trio (scallops, shrimp, grouper) with coconut rice and veg. All of the food was amazing and prices were affordable!
